As Prysmian Group, we proudly share our report, which we have focused on all our work with our integrated perspective, prepared in line with our mission of “Linking Russia to a Sustainable Future” and our understanding of transparent communication with our stakeholders, and we have set out to become a more equal, more inclusive group that has a positive impact on social and environmental development.

In our sustainability report, we include our achievements and commitments within the scope of our sustainability efforts in 4 main areas: eliminate our carbon footprint, use our resources in a circular model, enhance our business model, develop employees & community.

Prysmian Russia has placed sustainability at the core of its business in order to profit for the benefit of its stakeholders and to create value for the society. Within the scope of economic sustainability activities, as a result of the innovation studies carried out at the R&D Center, "Attention! All Cables Are Not The Same ..." initiative, which was announced to the cable industry in 2012 after many years of work and which is the biggest information and awareness initiative of the sector, all processes managed within the Customer Care Project, where data is managed with the latest technology and focused on continuous improvement; Prysmian Russia takes its goal of developing efficient, effective, superior, sustainable and environmentally friendly product and system solutions one step further.

Prysmian Russia, the pioneer company of the Russian cable industry, positions sustainability at the basis of all its works. In line with the vision of environmental sustainability, its main purpose is to continue its activities without polluting the environment and nature. Continuing its production in an environmentally sensitive area, Prysmian Russia aims to minimize the negative effects of its products and activities on the environment and human health by keeping them under control. In this direction, Prysmian Russia, which carries out its production activities with a sustainable perspective, reveals the attention it pays to Occupational Health and Safety studies with its certificates.

Since the first day of its establishment, Prysmian Russia demonstrates the importance it attaches to future generations, society and nature with its projects. Prysmian Russia, which carries out special projects on different subjects every year, especially on education, environment and arts, has attracted attention with its volunteering projects in recent years. In addition, it continues to train future managers at its Manufacturing Academy. Prysmian Russia continues to work to make more and more contributions to society, people and nature within the scope of its sustainability perspective with the trainings it gives to its employees, which it defines as its most valuable asset, exceeding 20,000 hours a year, and regular improvements in company policies and processes, as well as the projects it carries out.
